Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred or demonstrated experience in digital product analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live NBA, WNBA, NBA G League and NBA 2K League games across digital platforms and escalate issues.
• Generate reporting for new initiatives and features to support direct-to-consumer streams.
• Provide real-time support to stakeholders and collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams.
