Job summary

NBA is seeking a Manager of Field Camera Operations to oversee day-to-day field camera duties for all NBA games, practices, and events. You will lead a team of camera operators, media technicians, and logistics staff to ensure top-quality video content across live broadcasts, digital platforms, and archives.

You will drive innovation in camera tech, remote production, and AI-assisted tagging while coordinating with directors and technical teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Film/TV Production is required.
5+ years of experience in sports production or equivalent.
Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
Experience with remote/cloud-based production workflows and high frame rate camera systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee field camera operations for NBA games, practices, and events.
Lead camera crews, media technicians, and logistics to ensure quality content.
Collaborate with directors, producers, and engineers to align technical work with creative vision.
