Job summary

Live Accelerate in Austin, TX seeks a Live Shopping Host to present products on live shows, engage chat, and drive sales. This is a part-time or full-time, on-site role with flexible scheduling and a focus on performance. Prior experience in live streaming or sales is a plus, and Spanish is a bonus.

You’ll work with producers and merchandising to plan segments, review performance, and sharpen talking points. Training is provided and growth opportunities are available as the company scales.

Qualifications

• The candidate is confident and natural on camera and able to tell a story.
• Strong communication skills to engage an audience in real time.
• Willingness to work on-site in Austin, TX, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in social media, live streaming, retail, sales, hospitality, or entertainment is a plus.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Live Accelerate partners with brands to operate and sell their products on live commerce platforms like Whatnot and TikTok Shop. Live shopping is one of the fastest-growing ways people buy online. We build a custom plan for each brand, covering the right products, show formats, and audience, and we run the live selling process from start to finish. We use real-time analytics to improve every show, so live selling becomes a natural part of each brand’s business. Our hosts are at the center of it all.

The role

The Live Shopping Host is a part-time or full-time, on-site role in Austin, TX. You’re the star of the show. You present products, keep the chat engaged, and sell.

What you’ll do

• Host live shopping shows: present products, run deals and giveaways, and keep the chat engaged
• Sell. Every show has targets, and you’ll see your numbers after each stream
• Answer viewer questions in real time with a friendly, professional on-camera presence
• Work with producers and merchandising to plan segments, review products, and sharpen your talking points
• Review show performance and get better every week

What we’re looking for

• Confident and natural on camera, good at improvising and telling a story
• A clear communicator who can engage an audience and handle questions in real time
• Comfortable moving fast and quick to act on feedback
• Able to work on-site in Austin, TX, either evenings or weekends when shows are scheduled
• Experience in social media, live streaming, retail, sales, hospitality, or entertainment is a plus. Speaking both English and Spanish is a plus too
