We are looking for a creative, outgoing, and social-media-savvy individual to help take our live-selling and digital marketing efforts to the next level.

About the Role:

We are looking for a personable, energetic, and creative Live Shopping Host & Social Media Marketing Associate to be a key part of our growing social commerce team.

This person will serve as an on-camera personality and a face of our brand, hosting live shopping events while creating engaging social media content that attracts new audiences and drives sales.

The ideal candidate is naturally charismatic, comfortable in front of a camera, plugged into social media trends, and excited about creating content that entertains, engages, and converts viewers into customers.

You do not need to be a professional host already. We are looking for someone with the right personality, creativity, initiative, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Host live shopping events on platforms such as eBay Live and Whatnot.
• Present and demonstrate products, highlight deals, answer viewer questions, and encourage audience participation.
• Keep livestreams entertaining, interactive, and engaging while driving sales.
• Develop a strong on-camera presence and build relationships with our live-shopping community.
• Collaborate with the team on live show concepts, special events, giveaways, promotions, and creative selling strategies.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create, film, and appear in engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas that showcase products, deals, behind-the-scenes moments, and company culture.
• Stay up to date on trending sounds, formats, challenges, and social media trends.
• Help plan and maintain a consistent social media posting schedule.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls to action that encourage viewers to watch, engage, and shop.
• Assist with filming, editing, and publishing content across our social channels.
• Help grow brand awareness, followers, engagement, and overall social media presence.

Marketing & Brand Growth

• Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media initiatives.
• Help develop new ways to reach customers, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our live shopping events and online storefronts.
• Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to improve content.
• Collaborate with the team on seasonal campaigns, product launches, special promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
• Bring fresh ideas, take initiative, and contribute to the continued growth of our social commerce business.

Who We’re Looking For

• Active on social media with a genuine understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current online trends.
• Has a personal social media presence or examples of content they have created.
• Creative, resourceful, and comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera.
• A strong communicator who can think on their feet and engage naturally with an audience.
• Interested in social media, digital marketing, e-commerce, technology, and online shopping.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter who brings ideas to the table and enjoys working collaboratively.

Preferred experience:

• Experience hosting livestreams, selling on Whatnot, eBay Live, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.
• Experience creating TikToks, Instagram Reels, or other short-form videos.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
• Experience in sales, retail, influencer marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
• A personal following or an engaged online community.
