Job summary

ReturnPro is leading recommerce enablement and operating at the center of live selling. This role owns the live marketplace strategy and the day-to-day operations behind it, driving shows across major platforms and scaling our presence with top talent and engaging product programming.

You will build the show calendar, select products, and collaborate with merchandising, operations, marketing, and leadership to optimize performance, while creating a culture of rapid execution and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own our live marketplace strategy and the day to day operation behind it.
• Build the show calendar, choose the products, develop programming, manage talent, and drive the results.
• Make sure every show is prepared, compelling, well run, and built to sell.
• Lead the operation inside our facilities: the people, the sets, the product flow, the show preparation, the inventory, and the standards to go live at a high level.
• Work closely with merchandising, operations, marketing, and leadership to find the products and stories that will perform best.
• Hire, develop, and lead a strong team of hosts, producers, operators, and support staff.
• Create clear expectations and a culture where people move quickly, solve problems, and take pride in great execution.
