Job summary

Cariloha is seeking a Live Commerce Lead to own and scale our live selling programs and creator partnerships. You will drive incremental revenue across platforms, craft compelling live formats, and lead end-to-end show production.

You’ll build a network of creators, onboard talent, and collaborate with internal teams to produce conversion-focused activations and campaigns that expand reach and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media, content creation, and video production.
• Proven track record of growing social channels.
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
• Experience with live content or live commerce.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel 30-40%.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Live Commerce revenue via TikTok Shop and Amazon.
• Host regular live sessions with a focus on conversion.
• Build and scale a creator/agency network; recruit and train creators.
• Oversee end-to-end live production and show execution.
• Develop brand activations and partnerships to drive reach and revenue.
• Track metrics: GMV, conversion rate, AOV, viewer retention.
