Job summary

Audacy Pittsburgh seeks a Promotions Technician for outside field broadcasts. This entry-level role supports the Promotions and Programming teams, maintaining readiness of branding equipment and vehicle fleet for live events.

You will engineer and execute remote shows using IP technology, set up a live performance studio as FOH sound, and work in high-pressure on-location environments while delivering reliable feeds to the central studio.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard production gear.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and strong communication.
• Ability to perform under high pressure on-location.
• Customer-service oriented attitude and teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain readiness of all promotional equipment and station vehicles.
• Develop and maintain procedures for broadcast equipment.
• Engineer and execute live remote broadcasts utilizing IP technology.
• Set up and operate a live performance studio as FOH sound engineer.
• Support remote broadcast vans, generators, and masts.
• Assist with setup and repair of gear, sound, and office equipment.
