Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery in United States (Washington) seeks a Broadcast & IT Support Engineer to maintain and repair broadcast and IT equipment in studio and outside broadcast environments.

You will perform facility-based support, installation, and some component-level repairs across live and recorded programming. You’ll work within ITSM processes, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and adapt to rotating shifts to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform varied tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex technical problems independently.
• Good communication skills (verbal, written).
• Shift work on a rotating schedule may be necessary to meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

• In-house production support of live and recorded programming and maintenance of broadcast IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with broadcast/multimedia systems and computers in production environments.
• Collaborate with team members, clients and other support groups to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Adhere to ITSM processes and document issues/requests for problem management and resolution.
