Job summary

Activate is seeking a capable Game Facilitator for our Dublin, CA store. You’ll guide check-ins, support gameplay, and keep the store running at peak performance while delivering a world-class experience.

Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, and comfortable with a fast-paced, high-energy environment featuring bright lights and music. This part-time role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic technology-driven entertainment

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience is asset.
• Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, multi-tasking, and time management abilities.
• Be energetic, friendly and outgoing with the ability to engage a crowd.

Responsibilities

• Game Facilitation: be professional, deliver great experience, brief groups, monitor gameplay, assist as needed, keep area clean.
• Check-In Facilitation: warmly greet customers, verify times, process transactions, issue receipts and wristbands, answer inquiries.
• Facility Maintenance: clean facility, inventory checks, disinfect wristbands, maintain lockers and lounge, report malfunctions.
• Working Environment: capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, operate tools, adapt to bright lights and loud music.
