Activate is seeking a part-time team member for our Westminster store to welcome players, guide check‑ins, support gameplay, and keep the venue running smoothly with high energy. You’ll engage customers, handle transactions, assist with maintenance, and ensure a world‑class guest experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service, strong communication, and a people‑oriented, energetic attitude. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience is considered an asset
• Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills, multi‑tasking, and time management skills
• Must be a people person – energetic, friendly and outgoing, with the ability to command attention in a crowd of people

Responsibilities

• Game Facilitation: be professional, deliver a great experience, brief groups, assist with games, observe gameplay, provide timely aid, resolve malfunctions with leader, maintain clean work environment
