Job summary

Activate Games is seeking a Full and Part-Time Game Facilitator who is active, personable, and service-oriented to greet guests, process check-ins, take payments, and guide groups through experiences.

In this role you will interact with customers, explain how the games work, maintain game rooms, handle basic troubleshooting, and ensure every guest has a memorable and enjoyable time. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, multi-tasking, and time management are essential for handling guests and operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Ability to adapt to unforeseen situations calmly in a fast-paced setting.
• Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality capable of engaging crowds.
• Willingness to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment.

Responsibilities

• Check customers in, take payments, and make reservations.
• Brief new groups prior to the start of the game.
• Monitor customers in the gaming area and provide explanations if needed.
• Participate with customers in active games to ensure a great experience.
• Maintain game rooms with cleaning, painting, and upkeep.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs in case of malfunctions.
