Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience is considered an asset.
• Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills.
• Must be a people person – energetic, friendly and outgoing, with the ability to command attention in a crowd of people.

Responsibilities

• Guide players through check‑in and support customers during gameplay to ensure smooth operation.
• Keep the store running at peak performance with a world‑class guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable work environment and assist with inventory and merchandising as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and escalate issues to a leader when necessary.
• Support the team during peak periods and contribute to a fun, engaging environment for guests.
