i3D.net is seeking a Live Operations Specialist for Gaming Infrastructure to keep critical services running 24/7 across global data centers. You will troubleshoot incidents spanning servers, networks, and software, and communicate with customers to maintain uptime and trust.

You will handle incident response, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with vendors as needed while working a hybrid schedule from Alpharetta with occasional remote duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a NOC/LiveOps or similar operational role.
• Experience handling live incidents, monitoring critical systems, ensuring uptime.

Responsibilities

• Keep live systems running 24/7; spot and fix issues before customers notice.
• Troubleshoot across servers, networks, and software layers.
• Update customers during incidents and resolve issues quickly.
• Analyze root causes and escalate to teams or vendors when needed.
• Provide hands-on support for remote data centers when required.
