Qualifications

• 4+ years of production, project management, program management, or related experience in game/software development.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Design, Art, QA, Publishing, Live Operations, or Release Management.
• Experience supporting a live-service game, online product, or regularly updated software.
• Proven ability to create and maintain schedules, milestones, dependency tracking, risk assessments, and project documentation.
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive production planning and execution for live game updates, seasonal releases, events, gameplay features, and operational initiatives.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Art, QA, Publishing, Release Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery of player-facing content and features.
• Build and maintain project schedules, milestone plans, release roadmaps, dependency tracking, and status reporting.
• Coordinate release readiness activities and ensure teams are aligned on priorities, risks, milestones, and quality expectations.
• Facilitate communication across development teams, leadership, and global stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.
