Job summary

Blizzard Entertainment in Irvine, CA is seeking a talented Creative Producer for a 12-month contract to support the Consumer Products team. The role focuses on project coordination, asset management, and keeping brand integrity across softlines, hardlines and publishing.

The position reports to the Creative Lead and collaborates with Category, Marketing, and E-commerce teams in a hybrid work setting based in Irvine.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or a related field; 4+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & PowerPoint with basic understanding of graphic design and composition skills
• Aware of current market trends in design and content consumption as well as Activision Blizzard brands, properties and priorities.
• Understanding of color theory and ability to interpret PMS colors and graphic file types.
• Ability to multitask between projects, manage feedback from multiple stakeholders and coordinate approvals while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meetings involving creative approvals and asset sourcing with licensees and internal teams.
• Manage the product approvals/digital asset management tool with internal and external users.
• Maintain attention to detail across creative approvals and ensure brand integrity.
• Assist in requesting assets from internal teams and day-to-day monitoring of approvals and asset portals.
• Prepare product catalogs across franchises for Retail and franchise updates.
• Administer invoice submission, tracking, and payment processes for creative team expenses and external contractors.
• Help bring to life visual representations of franchises with a keen eye for detail and branding needs.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping and manage physical product sample inventory.
