Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Live Operations Coordinator in Nashville, AR. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm. The role includes payroll preparation for company farms and growers, and production reporting using Mtech.

The position requires 1–2 years of related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication. Experience with SAP and Mtech is preferred; confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience
• Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
• Experience in SAP and Mtech is preferred
• Must be able to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be organized and detail minded
• Must have customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Preparing company farm and grower payroll weekly
• Daily, weekly and monthly production reporting using Mtech
• Communication between department manager, service techs, farms, internal and external customers
• Record keeping and filing of confidential materials
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating chick deliveries
• Maintain farmer/grower information and update as needed
• Maintain monthly and annual placement schedules
• Other duties as assigned
