Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Live Operations Coordinator to provide clerical support, compile reports, and maintain inventories for the Feed Mill Operations Team. The role emphasizes strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Typical duties include SAP-based reporting, record-keeping, and collaboration with operations. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional weekends; benefits begin after 60 days, and 401(k) matching is offered after one

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience: 1 or more years of previous experience.
• Skills: Effective communication both orally and in writing, must have basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities, good math skills.

Live Operations Coordinator

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Live Operations Coordinator, under direct manager provides clerical, reports and keeps inventories of feed mill ingredients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Daily, weekly and monthly production reporting using SAP
• Record keeping and filing of confidential materials
• Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
• Experience in SAP is preferred
• Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessary
• Must be organized and detail minded
• Must have customer service skills

• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Feed Mill Operations Team
