Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a frontline supervisor to oversee daily operations at a poultry production facility in Moorefield, WV. You will ensure targets are met while upholding safety, quality assurance, and efficiency on the production floor.

The role focuses on coordinating team duties, monitoring workflow, and enforcing health standards. You will train staff, manage schedules, and provide feedback to drive performance, with a strong emphasis on open communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years of supervisory experience; leading 20+ employees preferred; poultry/food industry a plus.
• Skills: effective communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

What You’ll Need
