Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate live-in staff including master's level coordinators and resident directors (40%).
• Lead Resident Assistant Recruitment & Selection initiative (25%).
• Oversee Student Leadership Development and Resident Assistant Training and Development.
• Oversee Professional Staff Training and Development.
• Manage crises in collaboration with staff and university resources (15%).
• Teach departmental or divisional courses (10%).
• Support retention initiatives (10%).
• Maintain visibility across residence halls and respond to crises as needed.
