Continental Realty Corporation seeks a Service Technician for The Bluestone Apartments in Bluffton, SC. You will help maintain a 360-unit community, respond to service requests, and contribute to high-quality make-readies.

Earn an hourly wage with a $750 monthly rent discount for live-on, plus medical/dental/vision/401k with company match, quarterly bonuses, on-call appreciation, paid training and fun events.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• Willing to pull emergency rotation calls.
• EPA and CPO certifications preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC and electrical is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and make-readies with quality craftsmanship.
• Share knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Manage your time effectively and communicate throughout the day.
• Anticipate problems that residents might have before they occur.
