Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Orlando is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients. Positions available at Full Time, Part Time, and PRN with competitive hourly pay in a home setting.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess and plan care, delivering prescribed nursing services, and monitoring patient conditions. Must have state licensure, TB/Chest X-ray clearance, BLS, and at least one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• TB test or chest X-ray clearance.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum one year professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Hourly Pay: $30-$33hr
