Job summary

Ole Red is seeking a friendly Server to help create memorable dining experiences that celebrate live music and great food. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure each table receives attentive service from start to finish.

In a fast-paced, high-energy venue, you will greet guests, share information about daily entertainment, input orders into the POS, and deliver orders with accuracy while upholding responsible alcohol service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in restaurant operations preferred.
• POS check and cash handling experience required.
• State Alcohol Education Card required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and provide attentive service.
• Input orders into POS and communicate with kitchen and bar.
• Deliver orders promptly with accuracy and presentation.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized dining areas and reset tables.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and perform opening/closing duties.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
