Job summary

Ryman Hospitality Properties is seeking a friendly Server to enhance our legendary music and entertainment venues. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure every table receives attentive service from start to finish.

In a fast-paced, high-energy setting, you'll engage guests with menu knowledge, upsell daily specials, handle POS transactions, and maintain cleanliness. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected, with a focus on teamwork and guest

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations.
• POS check and cash handling experience.
• Ability to upsell and explain menu items.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and take orders.
• Input orders into POS accurately and communicate with kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring correct presentation and timing.
• Deliver items promptly and monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Handle payments, process cash and card transactions, and reconcile at shift end.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas and reset tables between guests.
• Follow health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines.
