Responsibilities include greeting guests, sharing daily entertainment details, recommending menu items, inputting orders into POS, and delivering accurate presentations while maintaining safety and courtesy during peak hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in restaurant operations and POS cash handling.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tables and peak periods with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and welcome; engage in friendly conversation.
• Explain menu and daily specials; respond to inquiries and suggest items.
• Input orders into POS accurately; coordinate with kitchen and bar.
• Deliver orders promptly; maintain accuracy and presentation.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and adherence to policies.
• Maintain clean dining areas; pre-bus and reset tables as needed.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and perform opening/closing duties.
