Job summary

OG.com is seeking a merchandising lead to shape the platform’s home page and discovery modules across web and mobile. You will craft high-impact packaging, real-narrative bundles, and live rotations during major events to drive engagement and trading volume.

You will work with Product, Market Liquidity, and Operations to ensure liquidity and clarity, using data to measure success and inform experiments. This role values fast learning and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Surface merchandising experience in sportsbook, iGaming, or marketplaces.
• Data-informed decision making using SQL, dashboards, or analytics.
• Experiment literacy with rigorous A/B testing.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Market Ops, and Marketing.
• Domain fluency or fast learning in odds, liquidity, and order books.

Responsibilities

• Own the merchandised surface end-to-end across OG web and mobile.
• Lead hero carousels, quick-pick modules, and thematic tiles.
• Create packaged, high-intent merchandising tied to real narratives.
• Run live merchandising during major events.
• Connect the calendar to product and flag coverage gaps.
• Experiment and analyze CTR, conversion, and trading volume.
• Coordinate with Market Ops on listings and settlements.
• Handoff cleanly with Market Ops.
