Job summary

OG.com is seeking a Product Designer to shape the next generation of consumer prediction-market experiences. You will craft intuitive, trustworthy journeys for discovering and participating in predictions across sports, finance, politics, culture, and entertainment.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to turn insights into decisions, develop flows and prototypes, and uphold a high bar for trust, speed, and clarity in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional experience working as a Product Designer.
• Proven B2C product design experience with end-to-end launches.
• Portfolio proving end-to-end ownership is required.
• User-centered craft with business impact.
• Multi-project shipping at scale.
• Executive presence translating vision to business language.

Responsibilities

• Own design strategy end-to-end and set design principles for each product.
• Ship journeys from discovery through prototype to production in lockstep with product and engineering.
• Present design direction and rationale to senior stakeholders to shape roadmaps.
• Own and contribute to the design system for scalable quality across teams.
• Turn data and research into roadmap-changing recommendations, not slide decks.
