Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus homes. You will supervise 8–13 students, mentor them daily, and coordinate routines plus activities to support academic, emotional, and social growth.

Couples start together and may move into a placed home with a steady group of students. The role requires a valid US driver’s license, 2+ years of couple-salary housing commitments, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
• Initially supporting multiple student homes with a 9-on/3-off schedule.
• Transitioning to a placed houseparent role with a consistent student group.
