Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is hiring Full-time Flex Houseparents for couples who will live in on-campus student homes and care for 8–13 students. The role emphasizes mentorship, routine management, and spiritual activities within a structured, family-like setting.

Couples must be married for at least two years, both spouses 27+, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation includes housing, meals on duty, and full benefits; relocation and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee household budgeting and reporting.
