Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, activities planning, administering medications, devotions, budgeting, and reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential placement into a fixed

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married couple requirement.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel.Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
• Nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off; transition to Placed Houseparent role.
