Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students, creating a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, medications, driving to activities, leading devotions and chapel, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for legally married couples for at least two years.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental activities.
• Lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel with students.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
