Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, and supervision for a group of 8–13 students. This two-person role requires a married couple, ages 27+, to foster a structured, family-like environment for academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, schedules, medications, and driving students to activities, plus leading devotions and Chapel attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two years minimum preferred; ability to mentor and guide students.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
