Job summary

Albertus Magnus College is hiring a Coordinator for Student Engagement to manage campus-wide programming for both residential and commuter students. The role works with multiple offices to co-sponsor educational, social, and cultural events for traditional undergraduates.

Responsibilities include advising the Campus Activities Board, coordinating CAB and Commuter Council activities, and supporting Residence Life through the Administrator on Call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Friendly, organized and able to multi-task.
• Proficient with email, Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Experience navigating campus systems like Colleague, Navigate and Slate.

Responsibilities

• Manage campus-wide student programming for residential and commuter students.
• Advise the Campus Activities Board (CAB) and co-sponsor events.
• Coordinate recruitment and leadership development for CAB and Commuter Council.
• Support Residence Life through Administrator on Call rotation.
• Assist with New Student Orientation and Orientation Leader training.
• Develop health and wellness awareness programs with Student Health & Wellness Services.
