Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
• Must live on campus in a college-provided apartment.

Responsibilities

• Live on-site, build inclusive residential communities and support student retention.
• Identify students at risk of disengagement and coordinate outreach.
• Supervise and mentor Resident Assistants and participate in crisis response.
• Plan co-curricular events and advise student clubs on budgeting and leadership.
