This position is responsible for managing campus-wide student programming efforts for both residential and commuter students. The position will work in collaboration with other offices to co-sponsor educational, social, and cultural programs for the traditional undergraduate student population. In addition to core programming duties, this role supports Residence Life by participating in the campus-wide Administrator on Call rotation and serving as a resource for the Residence Life team This is a twelve-month full-time position that is live-in with rotating Administrator On Call responsibilities, within residential life.
Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. They accrue between 18 and 23 days of paid time off annually. After 90 days of employment, tuition remission is available, with the college covering 100% of tuition costs (employees are responsible for books and technology fees). The college values work-life balance, offering a summer schedule from June through August. Employees also enjoy 14 paid holidays, including a winter break. Retirement plan participation is available from your first day, with employer contributions beginning after one year of service, based on your length of employment.
