Hawthorn Senior Living in Mentor, OH is hiring for an Assistant Management two-person team to oversee day-to-day operations and guest services in a senior living community. You and a partner will live on-site in a designated apartment and share leadership duties to create a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

The role includes a competitive salary starting at $60,000 to $70,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package and relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing employees, customer service, purchasing, payroll and accounts payable/receivable.
• Willingness and ability to live on-site in an assigned apartment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the community.
• Work as a two-person management team to run the operation.
• Support 100% resident happiness and 100% financial occupancy targets.
• Provide training and development for staff.
