Job summary

Hawthorn Senior Living in Midlothian, VA is hiring an Assistant Management two-person team to oversee day-to-day operations and partner with the Community Manager to ensure a safe, welcoming home for residents.

The team will live on-site in a provided apartment, enjoy meals included, utilities paid, relocation assistance, and a strong benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability coverage, life insurance and a 401(k) with company match. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum management experience including operational and financial responsibilities.
• Proven customer service background with seniors.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Willingness to live on-site in assigned apartment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of our retirement communities.
• Lead a two-person Assistant Management team in partnership with Community Managers.
• Provide guest relations, safety, and resident happiness targets.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and on-call coverage.
