State of South Carolina's Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities invites applications for a 12-month live-in Student Services Coordinator. You will oversee residential life, counsel students and develop intervention plans in coordination with campus colleagues.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and experience in student services; a Master's degree with 3–5 years is preferred. Must supervise staff, have a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs; some weekends

• Master's degree in student services or related field with 3–5 years of experience.
• Ability to supervise personnel and coordinate with campus partners.
• Valid driver''s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work variable hours including 2–3 weekends per month.

Responsabilités

• Provide oversight, counseling and guidance to promote holistic student development for all students in the Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities residential program.
• Collect and manage student data to identify challenges and develop intervention strategies.
• Develop and implement a student life curriculum and activities.
• Communicate with senior administrators about incidents and progress.
• Review residential life facilities, equipment and supplies; assist with room assignments.
