• Train, supervise, and evaluate student leaders; hold regular meetings.
• Provide support, conflict mediation, and parent interaction as needed.
• Coordinate programming including at least one large-scale event annually.
• Manage occupancy, room changes, and on-call duties in an on-campus community.
• Participate in committee work and collaborate with Faculty in Residence.
