Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited college or university.
• Master's Degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education Administration, College Personnel, Counseling, Social Work or related field, preferred.
• Minimum two years of professional experience working in on-campus housing at a college or university, and/or student-facing position.
• Background check and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate residential programs according to MountLeads framework and institutional goals.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training and supervision of 27 residential student Community Assistants.
• Develop and execute annual staff training and ongoing training; lead CA staff meetings.
• Serve in a 24/7/365 on-call duty rotation and manage campus crises in collaboration with partners.
