Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supervising student staff and advising student organizations is preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate housing programming within a university residence life context.

Responsibilities

• Foster inclusive communities within assigned residence hall for 350–750 residents.
• Supervise and support resident assistants, Resident Heads, and Resident Deans.
• Coordinate crisis management and emergency response with campus partners and on-call rotation.
• Develop and manage housing programming budgets and conduct regular safety drills and inspections.
• Support student success and well-being, including non-clinical counseling referrals and accountability processes.
