Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience with comparable knowledge and skills.
• Experience working with students in a residential life, student activities, student affairs, or related setting.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of one or more campus residence halls, including room assignments, openings/closings, key control, maintenance coordination, and health and safety processes.
• Support the development and implementation of student activities, clubs, events, and programming to enhance engagement and campus life.
• Advise student organizations and the Student Government Association, helping leaders fulfill their roles.
• Encourage involvement and leadership development, inclusion, and advocacy through mentoring.
• Plan and implement student leadership training each semester.
• Support programming for major institutional events (Orientation, Homecoming, Commencement, etc.).
• Supervise evening and weekend student activities and events.
• Evaluate engagement efforts and recommend improvements.
