Job summary

The Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) at University of Nebraska at Omaha is a full-time, live-in role responsible for managing the daily operations of multiple apartment-style residence halls. You will oversee student staff selection, training, and supervision, and you will adjudicate conduct and enforce policies while fostering inclusive community life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience with staff supervision and student conduct.
• Proficiency in PC-based applications.
• Preferred master’s degree in related field.
• Housing and residence life experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of multiple apartment style residence halls.
• Recruit, hire and train RA student staff and supervise them.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings for feedback and ongoing training.
• Oversee student conduct adjudication and policy enforcement.
• Develop leadership and community building through programs.
• Participate in on-call duty rotation for crises.
