Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio seeks a Residence Life Coordinator to supervise Resident Assistants, develop student programming, and oversee hall operations. The RLC will exercise independent judgment, manage records, respond to emergencies, and work with DRL/ADRL to improve student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of one year experience in housing/residence life or related Student Affairs.
• Experience planning and implementing campus student programs.
• Must live on-campus in furnished apartment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising RA staff and developing student programming.
• Provide administrative support for hall operations and safety checks.
• Coordinate RA schedules and meetings; monitor program effectiveness.
• Maintain records, reports and documentation for assigned areas.
• Represent Residence Life in committees and university events.
