You will lead student staff selection, training, and supervision, adjudicate conduct, enforce policies, and foster community through programs in alignment with our core values of respect, education, care, and service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience supervising staff and supporting students.
• Familiarity with student conduct processes and reporting systems.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, hire, and train RA staff for their area.
• Supervise RA staff and provide ongoing feedback.
• Manage on-call duty rotation and respond to crises.
• Monitor student health and refer to appropriate services.
• Conduct student conduct cases and enforce policies.
• Oversee administrative tasks including room moves and budgeting.
