Job summary

Wings of Hope Recovery in Middletown, CT seeks an on-site house manager for our recovery homes. You will supervise residents, enforce house rules, and manage basic operations including curfew checks and chores to maintain a safe living environment.

You will document incidents, coordinate with staff, handle disputes, support onboarding of new residents, assign rooms, and manage communications via Onestep and Slack, including overdue letters and standard notices.

Qualifications

• At least 90 days in recovery, strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of residents and enforcement of house rules.
• Overseeing basic operations, including curfew checks and chore enforcement.
• Incidents, reporting, and resident management protocols.
• Handling resident disputes and interventions (crisis management).
• Emergency response procedures (overdose, medical emergency, behavioral crisis).
• Maintain electronic files and update Onestep.
• Internal communications via Slack.
