Job summary

Wings of Hope Recovery in Middletown, CT seeks an on-site house manager for our recovery homes. You will supervise residents, enforce house rules, and manage basic operations including curfew checks and chores to maintain a safe living environment.

You will document incidents, coordinate with staff, handle disputes, support onboarding of new residents, assign rooms, and manage communications via Onestep and Slack, including overdue letters and standard notices.

Qualifications

• At least 90 days in recovery, strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

At least 90 days in recovery, strong leadership skills.

Compensation is living for free on-site, and a monthly bonus. We encourage our house managers to have employment outside of the house, as well.
