JP Management LLC in Keyport, NJ is seeking an experienced Live-In Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of a 71-unit apartment community. The role requires maintenance of building facilities and handling tenant work orders, with a full-time onsite schedule and a spacious apartment provided.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests (appliances, plumbing, electrical), performing routine and preventative maintenance, coordinating turnovers with outside contractors, and

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in property maintenance and handling work orders.
• Availability to respond to emergency calls during weekdays and weekends.
• Must have own tools and a valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Respond to service requests from management and tenants (appliances, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate and assist with apartment turnovers with outside contractors.
• Perform general maintenance repairs and tasks with safety in mind.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to minimize emergencies.
• Work with tenants and staff in a positive manner.
• Diagnose and repair in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, sheetrock, carpentry, painting.
