InTown Suites is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to oversee daily upkeep of the property, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to on-call emergencies. You will live on-site during employment and assist as the Property Attendant part of the week.

• Experience with general maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Fill out daily paperwork and coordinate with supervisor.
• Respond to emergency calls and live on-site during employment.
