Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum education.
• Experience in commercial or multi-unit residential property preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; must interact with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Technicians and maintenance staff.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and repairs.
• Ensure safety compliance, proper attire, and incident reporting.
• Coordinate emergencies and liaise with Community Manager.
• Maintain inventory, manage supplies, and aid in budget prep.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and property upkeep.
