The director administers programs, adjudicates housing policy, engages residents, coordinates educational and social programming, manages budgets, and responds to crises.

Qualifications

• / Must have a Bachelor’s degree and two years of residence hall leadership experience.
• / Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• / Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• / CPR/First-Aid certification within 1 month of hire.
• / Willingness to live in assigned residence hall and be on-call.

Responsibilities
